Request Account Deletion
When you sign up for an Equigate account we need to store certain details. We never share these details and they are only used to administer your account and provide functionality.
If you wish to delete your account, along with all associated data, please fill in the form on this page.
Important Note:
Deleting your account will PERMANENTLY delete all of your data. This is irreversible. We will not be able to retrieve any of your data once your account is deleted.
Your request to delete your account will not be accepted if you have any appointments booked with clients/pros. You must contact any clients/pros to cancel appointments in order for your account deletion request to be accepted and your account deleted.
*This request will only delete your account and all your data. If you have an active subscription this request will not cancel that subscription. You need to return to your method of subscription and cancel it manually otherwise you will continue to be charged.*
