Contact information is only used to facilitate a business relationship in line with the purpose for which you provided it.

Our website can be accessed without giving any personal information. If you phone or emails us, we may need to collect information and record it on our CRM system to deal with your enquiry.

Google Calendar and OAuth Data

When you connect your Google account to use our calendar features:

Data accessed - We request read access to the calendars you select (to display your events) and write access to a dedicated secondary calendar (to create and manage events you schedule through our service).

No permanent storage - We do not store, sell, or share your personal Google Calendar data on our servers. Event data is retrieved in real time and displayed to you only while you are logged in.

Limited use - Access and use of data is strictly limited to providing and improving the features you request, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Revoking access - You can revoke our access at any time via the Equigate app settings screen or your Google account security settings.

Security - All communication with external APIs occurs over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and we follow industry-standard practices to protect your information and keep your data confidential.
